PRP Feminine Shot

The PRP Feminine Shot is a safe, nonsurgical procedure that can help with urinary incontinence and improve a woman’s intimate experience. The procedure involves extracting platelets from the woman’s own drawn blood and injecting them directly into her body. The platelets stimulate the growth of new cells, making the injected areas more sensitive to the touch.

Treatment

The PRP is injected into two different locations. The clitoris is numbed topically, and a nerve block is performed to make the procedure comfortable during the injection. Most women experience a burning sensation during the injection that quickly resolves after it is complete. The sub urethral injection is utilized to help enhance lubrication and stimulation during intercourse. The natural buildup of tissue also helps reduce incontinence.

The PRP Feminine shot can be done on its own or in combination with the diVa laser treatment. This treatment is customized with each woman to reach desired results.
