Women's Hormone Therapy in Wah Cantt

Life does not end at menopause, so why does hormone therapy have to? Medicine and research have changed since the largely publicized Women’s Health Initiative in the early 2000s. Hormone optimization is not the enemy. Hormones work to rejuvenate, regenerate, and restore vital internal functions throughout the body. Keeping hormones in balance is necessary for good health and disease prevention especially as we age. Hormone imbalance in women can lead to a variety of health and quality of life issues. By restoring these hormones to a natural balance, your body can experience better overall health.

Hormone Imbalance

When a female has a hormone imbalance in their endocrine system, they can develop symptoms that range from subtle to debilitating. This means that there is either too much or too little of a woman’s hormones being produced somewhere within the endocrine system.

Why The Controversy?

The difficult part with hormone optimization is that it is not a one size fits all mentality. There are many deciding factors that must go into consideration before prescribing hormone therapy. Estrogen is one of the most controversial hormones for treatment after menopause. There are many health benefits with estrogen, but it may also be dangerous in the wrong individual. At Altaire Clinic, we do an initial medical consult with every patient to determine if hormone therapy is appropriate and safe to use.

TESTOSTERONE IN WOMEN?

Yes, testosterone is a necessary hormone for both men and, in lower levels, for women. When you have your testosterone level drawn, there is a wide range for normal results. The problem is, you might be normal, but that doesn’t mean you feel good. Testosterone optimization in women is a newer concept for the medical community, thus there is still a lot of fear. Altaire Clinic offers this life changing way of health so that women feel there is hope again along with life during menopause.

Testosterone is not only for menopausal women. Blood levels are often found non-detectable in women starting at age 30. There is a lot of controversy as to what is causing such a huge drop in such a young age group and no one knows at this point. Testosterone is not only healthy for your sex drive, but it helps with energy, mental clarity, and so much more.

Symptoms Of A Hormonal Imbalance In Women May Include:

  • Breast tenderness
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea

  • Weight changes

Hormone Therapy is a treatment that utilizes small pellets of all-natural, bio-identical testosterone which is metabolized consistently into the body as needed. Optimize your hormone levels with tiny pellets placed just under the skin for safe, clinically effective results. Results typically last 3-4 months for women.
